It all begins with an application. We fully vet our adoptive homes, which includes personal reference checks, vet reference(s), and a home check. We do not practice first come first serve, but rather match to perfect fit.

Adoption Application

Rules and Expectations:

We do not practice first come first serve, but rather best fit. For our high demand dogs (puppies and small dogs), we receive up to 20-30 applications and not every applicant will be contacted. If you would like to be pre-approved for a future pup, if your choice is adopted, please note that below.

Our team is 100% volunteer based. Please ensure your application is 100% accurate and complete, including phone numbers. If your application is incomplete, or a phone number is not correct for references, your application may be denied/passed.

Please ensure you contact your personal references and vet reference as soon as you hit submit. This will ensure a smooth process. If we have difficulty contacting a reference, we may ask for an alternative, or we may pass onto another application.

Email inquiries can take up to 5 days for a response or may receive no response at all for high demand pups. Again, we are a group of volunteers, so please practice kindness!
